Emilio Casillas

Emilio Casillas is an experienced professional in technical theatre and education, currently serving as Assistant Technical Director at Westminster College since December 2015, where responsibilities include managing the needs of the Music Department and assisting the Theatre and Dance departments. Additionally, Emilio works as a part-time Substitute Teacher for Granite School District and holds the position of Festival Director for the Great Salt Lake Fringe, overseeing the coordination of the annual festival. Previous roles include Technical Director for the inaugural Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival, Academic Coach at Helix Charter High School, and various internships in stage management. Emilio holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Westminster University.
