Robert McDuffee is a skilled IT professional currently serving as a Network Administrator I and II at Granite State Credit Union since November 2021, where responsibilities include PowerShell automation, Active Directory management, and Microsoft Exchange 2019 administration. Prior experience includes a tenure at Saint Anselm College from May 2017 to November 2021, where Robert advanced from Senior Help Desk Technician to Systems Administrator, managing significant technological projects and implementing automation for Active Directory and Exchange Online. Early experience as a Desktop Support Technician at Plymouth State University complements a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology obtained from the same institution in 2017.
