George Cacace has had a long and varied career in engineering and operations management. George began their professional career in 1995 as a Materials Manager and Shop Operations Manager at AMETEK. In 1999, they were promoted to Director of Operations at AMETEK Aerospace. In 2000, they moved to Bartley RF/Forem USA as Director of Manufacturing. In 2002, they joined GE Ion Track as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering. In 2005, they returned to Granite State Manufacturing as Director of Engineering/Assembly Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Director of Operations at DRS Power Technology. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been the Director of Special Projects at Granite State Manufacturing, providing training and development for new engineers, technical support for new product launches, and program management for a $6 million production program.
George Cacace obtained their MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1985, majoring in Management. Prior to that, they obtained their BS from Columbia University in 1977, majoring in Industrial Engineering.
