Mark Weber

Sr. Program Manager at Granite State Manufacturing

Mark Weber has over 30 years of professional experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Mark began their career in 1984 as an Engineer at C.R. Bard, where they designed and developed four catheters, two for use in diagnostic procedures and two for use in insemination procedures. Mark also holds a patent on one of the designs. In 1992, they joined Vision Sciences, Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they developed a manufacturing process for a disposable sheath and lens. Mark then moved on to Freudenberg-NOK in 1995 as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for process development, implementation, and support on a variety of production lines. In 1997, they joined Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as a Production Manager and Program Manager, where they managed the operational, technical, and administrative efforts of a group of 38 individuals and developed a training program for all new hires. In 2004, they joined Gentex Corporation as a Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring for all products developed through the Design Engineering group and investigated production processes for electret microphones. In 2015, they joined Aved Electronics as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for developing project management systems, managing engineering resources, project planning, and execution for all devices using batteries as a power source. Mark is currently employed at Granite State Manufacturing as a Sr. Program Manager, where they are responsible for coordinating all program requirements from initial contract to final delivery.

Mark Weber attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1985. In 1980, they earned a Certificate in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. In 1983, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Technical Management, and in 1980 they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Aeronautical Technology.
