Carrie Willis

Carrie Willis has a strong background in the financial industry, with over 15 years of experience. Carrie currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Granite Partners, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Director from April 2020 to December 2022, and as an Investment Manager from June 2016 to April 2020, both at Granite Partners.

Before joining Granite Partners, Carrie worked at Chartwell Financial Advisory, Inc. starting in 2006. During their time there, they held various roles, including Vice President from January to June 2016, Senior Associate in 2015, Associate from 2011 to 2014, Senior Analyst from 2009 to 2010, and Analyst from 2006 to 2008.

Carrie Willis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College. Carrie also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Distinction from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Additionally, they have an inactive certification as an Accredited Senior Business Appraiser from the American Society of Appraisers.
