Jessica Shapiro

Jessica Shapiro is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology product management and client services, currently serving as the Manager of Technology Products in the PMO at Granite Telecommunications since December 2014. Jessica has effectively led cross-functional teams comprising Technical Product Managers and Process Managers, while also driving initiatives to enhance internal processes and systems. Previous roles at Granite Telecommunications include Technology Process Manager, where Jessica managed technical IT rollouts, and various leadership positions within Client Services, focusing on team management and training. Prior experience includes event planning for the Vermont Community Garden Network and an internship at the Vermont Attorney General's Office. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communication from the University of Vermont.
