Joseph O'Sullivan

Joseph O'Sullivan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager in the Private Equity Practice at Granite Telecommunications since November 2022, Joseph has contributed to the company's status as the largest aggregator in North America. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Solutions Specialist at Verizon from September 2021 to October 2022, where a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills facilitated the achievement of team-based commission targets. Earlier experience includes working as an Autism Support Specialist at the Autism Society of North Carolina from June 2019 to August 2021, where Joseph implemented treatment plans and coordinated care for individuals with autism. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2020.
