Stephen Parker

Stephen Parker is an experienced professional in network operations and technical services, currently serving as the Sr NOC Supervisor Overnight at Granite Telecommunications since January 2021. Previously, Stephen held the position of Technical Services Administrator at JiT Solutions, where responsibilities included managing cloud infrastructure and leveraging Azure Cloud solutions. Stephen's extensive career at Navisite spanned over two decades, during which time leadership was provided to a team of technicians in a Network Operations Center, supporting over 1,000 global data-center customers. Stephen also has a military background as a Senior Computer Operator in the US Army, supervising operations in a high-volume IBM mainframe environment. In terms of education, Stephen has obtained several certifications, including Zerto Certified Professional and VMware vCloud Director Fundamentals, along with foundational training in Microsoft Networking and management skills.
