Director Of Community Impact at Granite United Way

Jessica Vaughn-Martin has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Jessica is currently the Executive Director at Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Community Impact at Granite United Way starting from April 2020. Jessica also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Vaughn-Martin Consulting from January 2020.

In their previous roles, they served as a Field Liasion and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of New Hampshire from September 2015. From February 2017 to January 2020, they held the position of Executive Director at Manchester Family Justice Center. Prior to that, they were the Director of Community Impact at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley from November 2013 to January 2017.

Furthermore, they gained experience as a Loaned Executive and Community Impact Intern at Granite United Way (formerly known as Heritage United Way) from August 2012 to March 2013. Jessica also worked as an Advocacy Intern at NH Children's Lobby from 2010 to 2011.

Jessica'searlier experience includes working as a Program Supervisor at Child and Family Services from February 2007 to July 2010, and as an Employment Specialist for the State of New Hampshire from December 2004 to February 2007.

Jessica Vaughn-Martin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 2002. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from the same university, completing their studies between 2009 and 2013.
