KR Epstein has gained extensive experience in the political and nonprofit sectors. Starting from 2017, they served as an At-Large Representative for the University Park Undergraduate Association. They then worked as a Rising Program Fellow at NextGen America in 2018 before assuming leadership roles within the Penn State College Democrats, including President from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Amy For America as a Regional Organizing Director, later becoming Deputy Organizing Director. Following this, they had organizing director roles at the PA-08 District Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign. In 2021, they briefly worked as the Campaign Manager for Theresa Kail Smith for City Council and as a Finance Associate for Bryan Neft for Superior Court. In 2022, they held the position of Deputy Organizing Director for the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign. Finally, in 2023, they became the Community Engagement Director for the Southern Region at Granite United Way.
KR Epstein attended Penn State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Political Science and a Bachelor of Women's Studies. Further information about their field of study was not provided.
