Alexis Roe

Alexis Roe serves as Vice President of DEI Impact and Strategic Initiatives for the Atlanta Hawks since August 2021, previously holding roles as Director and Sr. Manager in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs. Prior to this, Alexis was Strategic Recruitment and Partnerships Manager at reacHIRE, focusing on helping individuals return to the workforce. As President & CEO of Global Health Lifeline, leadership spanned program execution and community impact. Previous experience includes Project Manager at UWG, enhancing marketing strategies for a home improvement retailer, and consulting roles emphasizing market research and strategic planning. Alexis holds an MBA in Global Business from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Political Studies from Bard College.
