Granite VNA
Katie Moar is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in hospice care and critical nursing. Currently serving as a Hospice Nurse Liaison at Granite VNA since February 2017, Katie has previously worked as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Trauma ICU at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from February 2015 to March 2017. Prior experience includes providing home nursing care at Concord Regional Visiting Nurses Association and working in various capacities at LRGHealthcare. Katie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University, with education completed in June 2016, and additional nursing education from NHTI.
