Letitia Borelli

Letitia Borelli currently serves as the Home Care Manager at Granite VNA, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Letitia worked as a Physical Therapist at National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) from March 2021 to December 2022 and as a Physical Therapist Per Diem at Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association from May 2018 to June 2020. Letitia earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions between 2006 and 2009 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained in 2006.
