Gary Royston has over 15 years of experience in project management and construction. Gary has held various positions in companies such as Grankraft Industries, Gingog LLC/Royston Trading, Everty, Arabtec Construction, Renaissance Construction, Kier Group, St Edward Homes, London and Regent Construction, lancsville Construction, and Systems Aluminium Limited. Throughout their career, they have successfully led and managed multiple high-profile projects, including mega projects and flagship developments. Gary has expertise in areas such as facade management, construction package management, and project consulting. Gary'sskills include team leadership, strategic planning, and coordination to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Gary Royston obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020. In 2020, they also attended PMI for project management studies. In 2010, they completed an NVQ level 4 in Construction Contracting Operations at Edexcell, focusing on meetings, procurement, tenders, and management. Additionally, in 2009, they underwent training in the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), covering site safety, regulations, method statements/risk assessments, and the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations. Gary has obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Project Manager (Financial Management), Project Manager at Owner (Quality & Safety), Owner, Project Manager at Owner (Preconstruction), and Project Manager at Owner (Project Management), all in 2021. In January 2020, they obtained an Aconex certification from Aconex.
