Christopher Pedregal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Christopher started their career at Google in 2008 as an Associate Product Manager, where they worked on projects such as Gmail, Search, Maps, and Google Now for five years. In 2013, Pedregal founded Socratic, an AI-powered tutor for high school students, which won several awards and was acquired by Google in 2018. Following the acquisition, they served as the Founder and CEO of Socratic until 2018. Pedregal then joined Google as a Product Lead for Socratic and later founded Stack, an AI scanner and organizer, which was acquired by Google Drive in 2022. In 2022, they took on the role of CEO at Granola. During this time, Pedregal also spent some time exploring ideas and networking for their next startup in London.
Christopher Pedregal attended Stanford University from 2004 to 2007 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Christopher then pursued further education at Stanford University from 2007 to 2008 and achieved a Master of Arts degree in Journalism.
