Cory Clark is the VP of Station Operations at Grant Aviation. Cory previously worked as a Senior Project Specialist at American Airlines from October 2018 to November 2020. In this position, Cory demonstrated a profound understanding of safety practices, policies, and procedures, while supporting the business strategy, operations, and workforce planning methodologies. Cory partnered with leaders from divisions throughout the company on determining and advancing effective safety action plans to present to senior leadership. Cory also worked with union leaders and senior leadership to resolve complex regulatory and contract disputes and external equipment manufacturers on developing innovative solutions for ground support equipment safety standards and processes.

Cory achieved a 50% improvement in response time within the Safety Reporting System by applying program changes and streamlining reporting processes. Cory successfully managed over 50 personnel for the COVID response health crisis project by identifying and developing safety initiatives, policies, and practices. Cory presented COVID safety approaches and gained the approval of senior leadership to implement a safety budget of over $12M in monthly COVID defense strategies. Cory professionally represented the company in tense conflicts and negotiations with union leadership. Cory was able to reduce injuries and damages companywide by implementing effective safety operations and systems. Cory worked with the IT department on developing and establishing a software infrastructure, requirements, user stores, and versioning for a new reporting system for stakeholders.
