Tine Brodersen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tine started their career as a Coordinator at Cowbell Music in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Tine then joined Rhythmic Music Conservatory as a Fuldmægtig and worked there from 2007 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Copenhagen Jazz Festival as a Project Coordinator. After a year, in 2015, they became the COO & Co-founder of Grant Compass. Tine worked in this role until 2016 and then transitioned to the position of Project Manager until 2019. In 2017, they started working as a Freelance Writer & Consultant while also working at Copenhagen Jazz Festival as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are the CCO at Grant Compass.
Tine Brodersen pursued their education at the University of Copenhagen from 1998 to 2004, successfully earning a Master in Literature and Modern Culture degree. Later on, from 2009 to 2011, they attended the Copenhagen Business School, where they obtained a Master in Public Administration degree. The field of study for both degrees is not specified.
