Rich Flanigan

Rich Flanigan has extensive experience in various roles at Grant County Public Utility District and Grant County. Rich started their career as an accountant and eventually moved up to become the Director of Information Technology at Grant County. Currently, Rich holds the positions of Senior Manager of Wholesale Marketing and Supply, Senior Term Marketer, and Senior Financial Analyst at Grant County Public Utility District. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University.
