Craig Chipperfield

Craig Chipperfield has been with Grant Samuel since 2015, serving as the Managing Director of the Melbourne office. With over 18 years of investment banking experience, Craig has worked on significant M&A and financing transactions for various large public and private corporations. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Craig held executive roles at Goldman Sachs and Gresham Partners. Craig also served as Corporate Legal Counsel at Shell earlier in their career. Craig holds a Grad. Dip. in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Chemical Engineering from Monash University.
