Michael Pittendrigh

Michael is a Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of business advisory experience with a particular focus on serving medium-sized private businesses; subsidiaries of large corporations and not for profit organizations.

Acting as both an advisor and business partner, he takes an active role in understanding businesses, assisting in their development and advising on internal financial operations, management reporting, taxation and statutory reporting.

Michael has significant experience in providing “outsourced back office/support services” to foreign subsidiaries and subsidiaries of larger corporations. This expertise extends to providing advice to clients looking to establish an outsource arrangement, through to providing the solution.
