Katerina Koulouri

Katerina is Partner, Head of People Experience and Culture in Grant Thornton Greece and brings multiple years of professional experience. She holds a BSc in Marketing Management from the American College of Greece.

Katerina is leading the People Experience & Culture team of Grant Thornton Greece. She is passionately overseeing the whole employee life cycle; from employer branding and bringing in the best talents to onboarding, training & development, performance & talent management, transformational leadership and their people’s wellbeing, while she is focused on inspiring their people to make a difference and ensure we build a culture of inclusion and innovation that allows them to feel motivated, inspired, and trusted.

With a strong background in Marketing & Communications she has a clear understanding of market and client needs and uses her marketing and communications skills to remodel their entire performance management philosophy and relevant process. Additionally she has a constant curiosity to find new solutions and approaches in engaging people and helping the leaders through their transformational journey.
