Sotiris Constantinou

Sotiris Constantinou is a Senior Partner, President of the Grant Thornton S.A.

Chartered Accountants Management Consultants and brings multiple years of professional experience. He holds the CPA and is a founding shareholder of Grant Thornton Greece.

During the course of his career, Sotiris has participated in the conduct of statutory and financial audits of large-sized companies and has been the project manager in several audit teams in multinational, listed and non-listed entities. He has developed specific expertise in the banking and insurance sector, public entities, large-sized industrial companies, mutual fund management entities as well as Transaction Advisory Services. At the same time, he has been in charge for audits conducted in companies in respect of listing on Athens Stock Exchange, in corporate valuations and preparation of analytical studies on internal control systems.
