Graeme Caisley

Graeme Caisley currently serves as the Head of Data Analytics - Audit and Assurance at Grant Thornton Ireland, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Graeme held significant leadership positions at Gilead Sciences from January 2021 to October 2023, overseeing business analysis and master data management as well as serving as the Global Analytics & Compliance Lead for Financial Solutions. Graeme's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Automation Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, where automation strategies were developed to enhance productivity and compliance, and Senior Manager in Data & Analytics at EY, where delivery of innovative analytics for audits was a key responsibility. Graeme has also worked as a consultant at BPP Diagnostic Ltd and in risk advisory with Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Educational credentials include an ACCA from BPP University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics for Business from Leeds Beckett University.
