Rebecca Gichuki

Rebecca Gichuki is an accomplished Senior Associate in Human Resource Services at Grant Thornton Kenya since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in management consultancy and human resources. Prior to this role, Rebecca founded and consulted for Phaspia Kenya from January 2023 to March 2024 and served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at PKF East Africa from January 2016 to December 2022. Rebecca's expertise encompasses recruitment and selection, psychometric testing, policy development, change management, talent optimization, training and development, job evaluation, and organizational review management. Early career experiences include administrative support roles and leadership in volunteer and social service initiatives. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Africa Nazarene University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Daystar University.
