Simon Perry

Simon Perry is an accomplished professional in the actuarial and risk management sector, currently serving as Partner and Head of Life Insurance Actuarial & Risk at Grant Thornton UK since September 2016. Prior to this role, Simon held leadership positions at KPMG as a Partner and head of the Bristol Actuarial and Insurance Risk Team from May 2012 to August 2016, and at Ernst & Young as Executive Director leading the Bristol Actuarial Team from September 2004 to May 2012. Simon began his career as a Senior Consultant at Tillinghast-Towers Perrin from September 1990 to August 2004. Academic credentials include a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, earned between 1987 and 1990, following foundational education at King Edward VI Grammar School in Chelmsford from 1980 to 1987.
