Will Rose

Will Rose has a strong background in corporate finance, primarily focusing on mid-market transactions in various sectors, with a particular emphasis on technology. Will has worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP in multiple roles, starting as an Audit Associate in 2008 and progressing to Manager in the Corporate Finance department. In 2016, they joined the Lead Advisory team, where they directly assisted shareholders and key stakeholders in realizing the value of their businesses through financing, acquisitions, and sales. Will also has experience in global M&A, having served as the Global M&A Service Line Manager at Grant Thornton International Ltd, where they supported the development of the international network and enhanced member firm capabilities. Additionally, they have worked in early-stage private equity as an Investment Director, responsible for establishing an investment fund, conducting investment opportunity reviews, and presenting findings. Will joined Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Director in the Corporate Finance Advisory department in 2020, advising on mid-market transactions, particularly in the TMT sector.

Will Rose attended Kaplan from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in ACCA(accountancy) with a field of study in Accounting. Prior to that, they studied at Abingdon & Witney College from 2008 to 2010, focusing on AAT. Will Rose completed their high school education at Wood Green School, where they earned their GCSEs from 2000 to 2006.
