Jaume M. has extensive experience in corporate finance and private debt, with a notable tenure at Julius Baer from February 2019 to March 2023, where the role of Executive Director involved managing Corporate Finance Advisory focused on Private Debt. Prior to this, Jaume served as Director of Structured Lending & Private Debt, overseeing Securities-backed loans for high net worth individuals and institutional clients. At Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking from January 2009 to February 2019, Jaume was a Vice President in the Debt Advisory Group, providing rating advice and optimization for clients in France and Spain, and held various associate roles involved in strategic acquisition finance and mergers & acquisitions, including advisory for large cap European clients.
