Don Daniels

Don Daniels, CPA, MBA, serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Grant Thornton (US) since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership from previous roles including Chief Accounting Officer at TEN and Ports America. With a notable history at Hornblower Group as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and at Frontier Communications in a similar capacity overseeing a substantial team and various accounting operations, Daniels has demonstrated expertise in SEC reporting and regulatory compliance. Previously, as Vice President at JetBlue Airways, Daniels managed a range of accounting policies and external audits, alongside early career roles at Delta Air Lines, Deloitte & Touche, and the US Army as an Intelligence Analyst. Daniels holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University.
