Heather Crosbie

Heather Crosbie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory roles and leadership across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Champion in Residence at The51, Heather assists female and gender-diverse founders seeking equity investment. As a Senior Adviser at ventureLAB York Region since 2013, Heather supports scalable technology businesses, while also acting as Director on the Board of Directors for GrantBook, a technology consulting firm for grantmaking organizations. Heather is the Principal Consultant at Innovaction Consulting Inc., advising nonprofits and charities on enhancing social enterprises. Previous positions include Senior Advisor at MaRS Discovery District, General Manager at Travel CUTS, and founder of Keystone Products for Independent Living Ltd. Heather holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA in Psychology from McGill University.
