Amna Yousaf

Amna Yousaf, CHRP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Grantek since March 2021, Amna plays a key role in performance and talent management processes. Previously, Amna worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Talentax Consulting, where responsibilities included high-volume candidate screening and recruitment across various sectors. With extensive experience at Aga Khan University, Amna managed HR operations for over 2000 employees, leading recruitment cycles and large-scale sourcing campaigns. Amna also has experience in teaching HRM and student counseling at the Institute of Business Management. Amna holds an MBA and a BBA in Human Resource Management, along with a diploma in HRM from the same institution.
