Nikki Follis

Nikki Follis is an experienced instructional designer and educational professional with a diverse background in various academic and corporate settings. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Perdoceo Education Corporation since June 2021, Nikki also works as a Lead Learning Architect at iDesign and a contract instructional designer at Beyond Campus Innovations. Additionally, Nikki holds the title of Director of Happiness & Fulfillment at The Grow Network and has been an adjunct instructor and course developer at Indiana Wesleyan University. With a long tenure in academia, Nikki has contributed as adjunct faculty at multiple institutions, including Saint Leo University, Grantham University, and Excelsior College. Nikki's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the role as Owner and Instructional Design Specialist at Level Learning, LLC since 2002. Nikki's educational credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, an MBA in eCommerce from Baker College, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University.
