Kathy Mouacheupao

Kathy Mouacheupao serves as the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council since June 2018, where the organization enhances access to the arts in a 7-county metropolitan area through various initiatives including grants and organizational support. Additionally, Kathy is a trustee at the F. R. Bigelow Foundation and a board member of Grantmakers in the Arts, which represents a diverse network of arts funders in the US and Canada. Past roles include Planning Commissioner for the City of Saint Paul and participation on the Board of Directors for the Hmong Museum of Minnesota and Springboard for the Arts. Educational credentials include an Economic Development Certification from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Concordia University-St. Paul.
