Katie Smith

Katie Smith currently serves as Vice President of Broadband and Community Partnerships at GrantWorks, Inc., a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director at the Florida Office of Broadband from June 2023 to November 2023 and various directorial positions focused on broadband and community partnerships with the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity from August 2017 to June 2023. Katie also held the position of Contract Manager/Interim Bureau Chief at the same department between May 2015 and January 2017 and worked as a Government Program Analyst for the State of Florida Department of Health from January 2013 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations, both obtained from Florida State University.
