Ross Woods

Ross Woods is an accomplished professional in community development with extensive experience in program management and public sector operations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Community Development at GrantWorks, Inc., Ross previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, where Ross successfully oversaw the VAX application, leading to the administration of 4.2 million COVID vaccinations. Other notable roles include Associate Director at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery Operations, managing a $2.2 billion recovery program, and Consultant at Capital Access, Inc., where Ross improved process efficiencies for aid programs. Ross holds an MBA in Economic Development from Eastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia.
