Prasanth Kandula

Prasanth Kandula started their career as a College Trainee at AstraZeneca in 2011. Prasanth then worked as a Quality Executive at Biocon from March 2012 to July 2014. Prasanth subsequently joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Human Resource Business Partner in July 2014 and held this role until February 2022. From February 2022 to July 2023, they worked at Biocon as an Associate Manager of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Site HR Lead at Granules India Limited, starting from July 2023.

Prasanth Kandula's education history includes various academic achievements from different institutions. Prasanth began their education at St Aloysius Anglo Indian High School, where they completed their Tenth grade in ICSE. Following this, from 2006 to 2010, they attended Andhra University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in the field of Pharmacy. Prasanth continued their education at JSS University (Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara University), Mysore, from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Human Resource Management degree at Andhra University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Currently, Prasanth is undertaking an Executive Diploma in HRM at XLRI Jamshedpur, expected to be completed by 2023.
