Swetha Nemala has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Swetha currently holds the position of Corporate HR at Granules India Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Tata Projects as a Manager Talent Management from October 2021 to December 2022, and as Manager - Learning and Development from June 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they were employed at Biological E. Limited as a Dy. Manager - Learning and Development from August 2017 to June 2018. Swetha also worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as an HR Business Partner from October 2015 to August 2017 and at Hospira as a Sr. Executive - Learning & Development / Talent Acquisition from January 2012 to September 2015. Swetha started their career at Gati Limited as a Trainee Human Resources from June 2010 to January 2012.

Swetha Nemala pursued their education in a chronological manner. Swetha began their academic journey by attending Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), where they completed their CBSE degree in an unspecified field of study in 2003. After that, they enrolled at B.V.K Junior College and obtained their M.P.C degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry in 2005.

Moreover, in the same month, they completed a certification in Using Neuroscience for More Effective L&D, also from LinkedIn. Lastly, Swetha obtained a certification in Thomas Profiling - Personal Profile Analysis, from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd (India & SAARC Region).
