Rosario De Marín is the District ESL Program Instructional Facilitator at Granville County Public Schools. Rosario has been in this position since May of 1996. Prior to that, they worked as a receptionist and travel agent for Getaway Travel from October of 1994 to May of 1996. In that role, they were responsible for answering phones, filing brochures, greeting customers, booking flights and reservations, and doing weekly backups of the system.

Rosario De Marín's educational career includes a Master's degree in Reading Instruction from East Carolina University, an ESL Certification from North Carolina State University in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor, Education Courses in General Education from North Carolina Central University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Language and Literature from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Rosario also has a High School Diploma from Colegio San Miguel in Utuado, Puerto Rico.
