Josh Devoll Caa M.ed

Josh DeVoll has extensive work experience in athletic administration and coaching. Josh most recently served as the Athletic Director for the Granville Exempted Village School District since June 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Westerville City Schools from July 2017 to June 2019. Josh also served as the Athletic Director at Buckeye Valley Local Sch Dist from July 2016 to July 2017 and as the Director of Athletics for Columbus City Schools from July 2014 to July 2016.

Before their career in athletic administration, Josh worked as an official for OHSAA from January 2006 to January 2016. Josh also served as the Linkage Coordinator for the State of Ohio from July 2010 to July 2014.

Josh has experience in coaching as well. Josh worked as the Varsity Football Coach and Varsity Basketball Coach for Newark City Schools from April 2008 to July 2014. Additionally, they served as the Director of Youth Athletics for football at Newark High School from November 2011 to November 2012.

Before entering the education field, Josh worked as a Deputy Clerk for the Licking County Commons Pleas Court from April 2009 to July 2010.

Josh DeVoll CAA, M.Ed completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American History (United States) at The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2009. Josh continued their education at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where they earned their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from 2011 to 2013. Josh further pursued their education at Ohio Dominican University, completing their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from 2015 to 2017.
