Szymon Kozak has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2019. Szymon started their career as a Product Marketing and Market Analysis Intern at PGNiG SA in 2012, followed by an internship as a Business Operations Analyst at Akamai in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Communication Office Intern at Grupa LOTOS S.A. In 2014, Szymon joined PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny sp. z o.o. as a Communication Specialist, where they were responsible for communication and public relations strategies, media communication, press relations, and internal communication. Szymon also worked as a Marketing Office Intern at the same company during this time.

From 2016 to 2016, Szymon worked as a Content Designer at 4screens. Following that, they joined Futuramo in 2017 as a Marketing Specialist. Szymon'sresponsibilities included building growth strategies, executing content marketing strategies, managing company blogs, writing and promoting articles, managing media and influencer collaborations, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Szymon also supported board members in business strategies, investor relationships, and pitch decks.

In 2019, Szymon joined Grape Up as a Content Marketing Specialist, where they ran a company blog, built content strategies, provided content for various company materials, and supported event marketing activities. Szymon then progressed to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, where they focused on lead generation, campaign planning, designing content, and managing campaigns and ads. Currently, they are working as a Digital Performance Manager at Grape Up, where they are responsible for account-based marketing and lead generation strategies.

Szymon Kozak's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Szymon completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Economy and Administration in 2012. After that, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Public Economy and Administration, which they completed in 2014. In 2015, Szymon attended Kozminski University for postgraduate studies in Internet Marketing, finishing in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Szymon also obtained several certifications. In July 2016, they received the Google Analytics Certification from Google. In November 2016, they obtained a certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot. Prior to that, in December 2015, Szymon obtained the Inbound Certification, also from HubSpot.
