Dave Trebilcock

Dave Trebilcock has over 25 years of experience in the wine industry. Dave began their career in 1995 as a Brand Manager, Field Sales Manager, and District Sales Manager at Terlato Wines International (ex. Paterno Imports). In 2001, they moved to Beam Wine Estates (ex-Peak Wines International) as the Director of Marketing. In 2007, they joined Scion Advisors as an Associate Partner. In 2008, they became the General Manager of Marimar Estate Vineyards and Winery. In 2009, they began consulting, providing strategy, new product development, brand management, and business development services. Dave also joined Treasury Wine Estates as the Export Director and Director of New Brand Development & Insights and Innovation. In 2019, they became the Head of Marketing at Purple Brands, where they re-launched the Redwood Empire Whiskey brand identity and introduced three new whiskey products. In 2021, they joined Wildfire Services Group as the Vice President of Finance and J. Pedroncelli Winery as the General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, they founded GrapeSeed in 2014, a member-supported collective that funds exclusive projects by critically acclaimed winemakers.

Dave Trebilcock obtained their MBA in Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 1993 and 1996. Dave also earned their BS in Finance from the University of Maryland between 1985 and 1989.
