Kinwei Soh

Kinwei Soh is a senior leader of 15 years in the healthcare industry. He was the CIO, Aisa Pacific, Cargil (2015-2019), the Director of Commercial and Distribution, Asia Pacific, Pfizer Singapore (2011-2014), the Director of Solutions Management and Shared Service Center, Pfizer China (2008-2010), and a Manager in Financial and Systems Asia/Afica/Middlse-East (2000-2007). He led Cargil’s Asia Pacific IT organization, a team of 120 professionals across 11 countries.

KinWei is passionate about harnessing leading technologies to drive business value and competitive advantage. In Cargil, KinWei was responsible for the IT strategic direction, talent and capability development, and technology delivery performance to help Cargill provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services to the world. In Pfizer, he was responsible for driving technology adoption and outsourcing strategy, first in China, and then in the Asia-Pacific region.
