Gizachew Tesfay

Gizachew Y. TESFAY, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of printed electronics and functional materials, currently serving as a Senior R&D Process Engineer at Graphenaton Technologies SA since January 2024. Previously, Gizachew held the position of Product Manager and Process Engineer at Ceradrop, a MGI Group Company, from September 2020 to January 2024, and worked as a Process Engineer in Flexible Inkjet Printed Electronics from May 2015 to January 2024. Early experience includes a Postdoctoral position at IM2NP, where focus areas included functional ink chemistry and inkjet printing technology. An extensive research background at CEA involved optimizing functional inks for various applications. Gizachew completed a PhD in Micro- and Nano-electronics from the University of Aix-Marseille and has an MSc in Molecular Nano- and Bio-photonics from Ecole Normale Superieure de Cachan, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Dilla University. Teaching experience includes roles as an Assistant Lecturer at Mekelle University.
