Shelito Pabroa is an experienced service engineer with a robust background in the printing industry, currently employed at Graphic International Centre LLC since February 2019, specializing in large format printers such as Mutoh and ColorPainter. Previous roles include service engineer positions at System Middle East from December 2017 to July 2018, Multisystem Technology Fze from January 2012 to September 2017, Gulf Universal-Sharjah from January 2010 to December 2011, and RMA department head at CBX Corporation from June 2000 to November 2006. Shelito Pabroa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the University of the Visayas, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and completed secondary education at Consolacion National High School from 1992 to 1995.

GIC was recognized and certified by Ricoh as the first strategic partner in the Middle East region in the year 2015. GIC is in a Joint Venture Partner with Kala Finishing Systems (France), since its inception in early 2003.
