Adithya Challapalli

Adithya Challapalli is a Project Engineer at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, since February 2023, focusing on process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce raw material consumption. With extensive experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Louisiana State University from August 2017 to December 2022, Adithya excelled in designing advanced materials and employing machine learning techniques to improve structural performance. Previous roles include Quality Engineer at BTI Solutions, Inc., from June 2015 to February 2017, where Adithya enhanced testing procedures and quality control, and Research Assistant at the University of North Texas, where work involved developing innovative 3D printing methods. Adithya holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from the University of North Texas.
