Rob Schroeder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rob started their career as an Analyst at CD-adapco in 1983 and then moved on to work as a Member of Research Staff at Philips Research from 1984 to 1987. Rob later joined Xerox Corporation as a Member of Research Staff from 1989 to 1991. In 1991, they joined International Paper as a Manager of Operations Analysis & Engineering, and then went on to serve as the Manager of Customer Service and Distribution at Ticonderoga Mill from 1993 to 1995. Rob held several managerial positions within International Paper, including roles such as Manager of Inventory Planning & Supply, Product Line Manager, and Plant Manager of Strathmore Artist Papers. In 2003, they became the Mgr. Customer Supply Chain Solutions and later the Enterprise Distribution Manager, before leaving the company in 2010. In 2008, they worked as the Manager of Operational Services at Shorewood Packaging until 2010. Rob then joined International Paper again in 2011 as the Customer Operations Manager. Finally, in 2015, they joined Graphic Packaging International, LLC, where they initially served as the Director of Supply Chain Optimization and later took on the role of Director of Sales & Operations Planning in 2018.

Rob Schroeder has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1978 to 1982. Rob also holds a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which they completed from 1982 to 1983. Additionally, they earned a Masters of Science degree in Operations Research from Columbia University between 1988 and 1990. Furthermore, Rob pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Lehigh University from 1985 to 1986.
