Roxanne McSpadden

Roxanne McSpadden serves as the Senior Director of New Business Development for the Innovation Team at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, focusing on the growth and innovation of paperboard trays and microwave packaging. With a career spanning over two decades, Roxanne has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing and Director of Marketing and Beverage New Product Development, where efforts were concentrated on corporate branding, digital marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth. Prior to joining Graphic Packaging, Roxanne was the Marketing Director at Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions and held several marketing roles at Suntory Water Group and Meridian Beverage Company, as well as at The Coca-Cola Company. Roxanne holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Business/Marketing from Indiana University.
