Jocelyn Wilson

Jocelyn Wilson is the current Head of People Operations at Graphite, a full-service, outsourced accounting and finance firm specializing in early-stage, high-growth startup companies. Jocelyn has been with Graphite for over three years and in that time has also held the titles of Manager, People Ops, and Senior Associate, Controller Services. Prior to joining Graphite, Jocelyn was the Finance Manager at Passina Products USA Inc. for just over a year.

Before that, Jocelyn spent eight years at Food Partners, Inc., where they started as Director of Finance and Administration but quickly took on additional roles including marketing, IT, HR, and business development. It was during their time at Food Partners that Jocelyn honed their skills in budgeting, adopting new KPI's, and team growth.

Jocelyn began their career as an Accounting Operations Analyst at Dealer.com, where they were responsible for acting as a liaison between the accounting and operations departments with a focus on continuous improvements. From there they went on to become a Staff Accountant before finally landing their current role as Head of People Operations at Graphite.

In addition to their professional work experience, Jocelyn has also volunteered their time as a Student Manager at LSU Foundation and as a Student Volunteer at McMain Magnet School.

Jocelyn Wilson has a Bachelors in Accounting from Louisiana State University and an accounting degree from Tulane University.
