Frits Hoffman

Frits Hoffman currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Graphium Health, a company focused on integrating effective medical practices with advanced technology to enhance healthcare accessibility and efficiency. Prior to this role, Frits was a Health System Growth Executive at Lumeon, where the focus was on automating patient pathways to reduce employee burnout and improve case revenues. Frits also held the position of VP Sales of National & Strategic Accounts at Health Catalyst, as well as VP of Sales at Healthland, overseeing new business initiatives for sales teams across the Continental United States and Puerto Rico. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Sales Manager for Healthcare at Lawson Software. Frits holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Communications from Denison University.
