Jeffrey Zavaleta, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Zavaleta has been working in the medical field since 2008. In that year, they began their role as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist at Cook Children's Health Care System, where they are board certified and serves as an attending pediatric anesthesiologist at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Cook Children's is a 100% pediatric, tertiary referral center for a 6 county region in North Texas. In 2010, they were appointed Chief Medical Officer at Graphium Health\u2122.

Jeffrey Zavaleta, MD has a long and impressive educational history. Jeffrey began their studies in 1993 at the University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Plan II. Jeffrey then attended the UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and completed their MD in 2002. Following their MD, they completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Parkland Memorial Hospital from 2002 to 2006. Jeffrey then completed two fellowships, one in Pediatric Anesthesiology at the University of Washington from 2006 to 2007 and one in Bioinformatics at the University of Washington from 2007 to 2008. In 2013, they earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Most recently, they obtained Board Certification in Clinical Informatics from the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
