Navya M has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Navya started their career as a Project Trainee at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED, where they gained experience in employee engagement. Navya then joined Harman Connected Services as a Management Trainee, assisting in the recruitment process. Navya has also worked at Vedantu as a Recruiter in Residence, and at Spottabl as both a Talent Scout and a Senior Talent Scout. Navya then worked at Unacademy as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Navya's most recent positions include roles at Interview Kickstart as a Sr. Specialist in Talent Acquisition, and at Anakin (YC S21) as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Lead HR Business Partner at Graphy Inc.

Navya M completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bangalore, from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from PES University, from 2016 to 2018.
